1. Definitions

·      “We,” “us,” “our” – Refers to Team Now Net and its authorized personnel.

·      “You,” “your,” “customer” – Refers to the individual or entity using our services.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly. We prohibit any content or activity that is:

·      Illegal, infringing, or fraudulent

·      Threatening, harmful, or harassing

·      Associated with spam, malware, or phishing

·      Hosting unauthorized copyrighted material

·      We do not condone on Adult content

Accounts in violation may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

3. Account Eligibility & Conduct

·      You must be 18+ or have parental consent.

·      All registration info must be accurate and updated.

·      You’re responsible for actions taken under your account.

4. Service Access & Performance

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime across our hosting infrastructure. Occasional maintenance, system upgrades, or external disruptions may occur. We’ll strive to notify you ahead of any scheduled downtime.

5. Support Availability

We provide 24/7 technical support through our support ticket system and live chat. Our goal is to respond within 6 hours for most inquiries.

6. Resource Usage Limits

Our shared hosting plans are intended for typical websites. Excessive use of:

·      CPU/memory

·      Storage or bandwidth

·      Inodes (file count)

…may trigger limits or result in a recommendation to upgrade to a VPS or dedicated plan.

7. Backups & Data Responsibility

We offer weekly courtesy backups but do not guarantee data recovery. You are responsible for maintaining your own regular backups.

8. Security Practices

You agree to:

·      Maintain secure credentials

·      Update your CMS/plugins regularly

·      Monitor your site for security vulnerabilities

We may suspend accounts compromised by malware or abuse.

9. Cancellations & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting customers (excluding domain fees or one-time services). After this window, payments are non-refundable.

You can cancel your service anytime through the client dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Now Net shall not be liable for:

·      Data loss or corruption

·      Service interruptions beyond our control

·      Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid during the last 30 days of service.

11. No Unauthorized Reselling

Reselling or sublicensing our hosting services without a valid reseller agreement is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy Commitment

We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide services, such as email, billing info, and support history. We do not sell or share your data without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as services evolve. We’ll notify you via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
